The original building of the heating plant consisted of several mainly technological objects which had been constructed gradually.
The construction started in the 40s of the last century.
A multi floor construction is designed inside the existing “cleaned” space of “Jurkovič heating plant” whereas the original industrial character of the whole object will remain untouched.
